about me

I was born and raised here in Southern California and have lived here all my life. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and worked for over ten years in Marketing and Advertising for both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies before returning to school and receiving my Masters in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University.

From my lengthy time spent in the corporate world, I have a particular interest in helping professionals navigate the challenges of maintaining a successful career while having a rich personal life. I understand the stresses of a demanding jobs, office politics and the difficulty maintaining a healthy work/life/family balance in this digital age of constant accessibility.

I believe we each have all have a story to tell, and no one knows yours better then you. I use an integrated treatment approach in including CBT, Solution Focused and Mindfulness techniques. My academic background includes training in Trauma, Addiction, Attachment and Family Systems. Above all, the most important part of the therapeutic process is the relationship. I meet my clients where they are, and have a relaxed, easy going style. I want this to be a safe place to be your most authentic true self.
